So it has been a while since my last post, but our computer decided to quit! I never realized how reliant I was on modern technology until it is not at the tip of my fingers!
So new news with Stella; she is already one month old! I can't believe how time has just flown by! I am amazed how I can see little changes every day! As you can see from the pictures she is definitely starting to fill out, weighing about 9 lbs now! I can also see her eyes focusing on things more intensely! Who knew that having a staring contest could melt your heart! I am pretty sure that I saw her first "real" smile last Thursday night! It was like three smiles in a row and she was looking directly at me, I can't wait to hear her first giggle! I have also come to appreciate the Ocean Wonders swing and the Vibrating chair. Stella LOVES staring at the fish and the bubbles and it gives mom a chance to brush her teeth and wash her face everyday!
Nights have been going pretty good, but definitely not sleeping though the night yet. Usually I can get at least a four hour stretch which I have pretty much adjusted to. However last Wednesday night she slept for six hours! I never really set my alarm anymore due to the fact that I know Stella will wake me up when she needs me. So when I rolled over and saw that the clock read 5:00 am I actually got a little scared! Well of course everything was fine, but it was amazing how much clearer the next day was through "well-rested" eyes!
Anyway here are a few new pictures of Stella and her wardrobe! The pink outfit with the bonnet my dad and brother bought for me when I came home from the hospital when I was born! The outfit fit Stella perfectly!

Love the fashion show - a little model already, at 1 month old! She is really adorable - it's fun when they start focusing and filling out, and becoming more and more fun!
